酒店早餐後，驅(qū)車前往【布達(dá)拉宮】始建於西元7世紀(jì)初期、一座宮堡式建築、世界文化遺產(chǎn)、國(guó)務(wù)院第一批全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位、藏漢和美的見證。前往布達(dá)拉宮廣場(chǎng)拍攝全景、前往【藥王山觀景臺(tái)】與人民幣50元取景地合影。

中餐後，驅(qū)車前往【大昭寺】始建於西元647年、一座藏傳佛教寺院、供奉佛祖釋迦牟尼12歲等身金像。City Walk穿梭在千年古轉(zhuǎn)經(jīng)道的【八廓街】，品一杯【倉(cāng)姑寺甜茶】，與千裏之外三步一叩來此的信徒並肩同行，見眾生相，看人間煙火。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to the Potala Palace, a palace style building built in the early 7th century, a world cultural heritage site, one of the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units under the State Council, and a witness to the harmony between Tibet, China, and the United States. Go to the Potala Palace Square to shoot a panoramic view, and take a group photo with the 50 yuan scenic spot at the Medical hill.

After lunch, you will drive to the Jokhang Temple, a Tibetan Buddhist temple built in 647 AD, which houses golden statues of Buddha Shakyamuni at the age of 12. City Walk shuttles through the ancient path of turning scriptures on Barkhor Street, sipping a cup of sweet tea from Nunnery, and walking side by side with believers who prostrate every three steps from a thousand miles away, appreciating the sentient beings and man's world.

中餐後，抵達(dá)【納木措·紮西半島】中國(guó)第三大的鹹水湖，湖面海拔4718米，"納木錯(cuò)"為藏語(yǔ)，蒙古語(yǔ)名稱為"騰格里海"，都具"天湖"之意。也是西藏的"三大聖湖"之一。 為著名的佛教聖地之一。

返程時(shí)在5190米處【那根拉山口】遠(yuǎn)觀納木措留念，頒發(fā)本次喜馬拉雅高海拔挑戰(zhàn)證書。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive along the Beijing Tibet Expressway to the observation deck of Nyenchen Tanglha. Legend has it that it and Namtso were once a loving couple.

After lunch, you will arrive at the third largest saltwater lake in China, the Namtso·Tashi island, with an elevation of 4718 meters. The name "Namtso" is in Tibetan and "Tengri Sea" is in Mongolian, both of which mean "Sky Lake". It is also one of the "Three Holy Lakes" in Tibet. One of the famous Buddhist holy sites.

On the return journey, you will observe Namtso from a distance of 5190 meters at the Laganla Pass and awarded the certificate of the Himalayan High Altitude Challenge.

酒店早餐後，驅(qū)車雅葉高速、曲水縣、翻越4998米的【崗出拉山口】前往【羊卓雍措】，簡(jiǎn)稱羊湖，與當(dāng)雄納木措、阿裏瑪旁雍措合稱西藏三大聖湖，藏語(yǔ)中又被稱為"上面的珊瑚湖"。是喜馬拉雅山北麓最大的內(nèi)陸湖泊，湖光山色之美，冠絕藏南。湖面積675平方千米，湖面海拔4,441米。

午餐後，沿環(huán)湖路前往【卡若拉冰川】年楚河?xùn)|部源頭，西藏三大大陸型冰川之一。抵達(dá)英雄城江孜，參觀【白居寺】始建1427年，一座塔寺結(jié)合的藏傳佛教寺院建築，塔中有寺、寺中有塔，寺塔天然渾成，相得益彰。

晚間抵達(dá)後藏行政中心-日喀則市。

After breakfast in the hotel, you will drive  Expressway,, over the 4998 meter Gangchula Mountain Pass to Yamdrok Lake, which is  referred to as "Yang Lake ", together with Namtso in Dangxiong and Lake Manasarovar, is known as three holy lakes in Tibet. In Tibetan, it is also known as "The Turquoise Lake ". It is the largest inland lake at the northern foothills of the Himalayas, with beautiful lake and mountain scenery, unparalleled in southern Tibet. The lake covers an area of 675 square kilometers and has an elevation of 4441 meters.

After lunch, you will go along the Lakeside Ring Road to the eastern source of the Chu River in the Karula Glacier, one of the three continental glaciers in Tibet. After arriving in the hero city of  Gangtse, visit the Palcho Monastery, which was founded in 1427. It is a Tibetan Buddhist temple building that combines a pagoda and a temple. There is a temple in the pagoda and a pagoda in the temple, which are naturally integrated and complement each other.

In the evening, you will arrive at the administrative center of Tibet - Shigatse City.

酒店早餐後，從日喀則市出發(fā)前行，經(jīng)定日界【嘉措拉山口】抵達(dá)【珠穆朗瑪國(guó)家公園】，換乘觀光車抵達(dá)珠大本宮，珠峰大本營(yíng)，屬珠穆朗瑪峰自然保護(hù)區(qū)，位於定日縣、聶拉木縣、吉隆縣和定結(jié)縣，在此可近距離觸摸大地之母的雄姿——8848.86米，也可拍攝海拔5200米紀(jì)念碑留念。後遊覽【絨布寺】世界上海拔最高的寺廟，始建於1899年。

天公作美，晚間可觀滿天星辰與銀河，一般於淩晨2：00-5：00最佳。（自然景觀視天氣而定，如雨雪天氣，此景可能較差，敬請(qǐng)理解）

After breakfast at the hotel, you will depart from Shigatse City and pass through the Jiacuola Pass in Dingri to reach the Everest National Park. Transfer to a sightseeing bus and arrive at the Zhuda Base Camp, the Everest Base Camp, which is a natural reserve of Mount Qomolangma. It is located in Dingri County. Here, you can experience the majesty of the Mother of the Earth up close -8848.86 meters, and also take photos of a monument at an altitude of 5200 meters as a souvenir. Finally, you will visit Rongbuk Monastery, the highest temple in the world, built in 1899.

The gods smile on us, and in the evening, there are plenty of stars and galaxies in the sky. It is usually best to watch from 2:00 to 5:00 in the morning. (The natural landscape depends on the weather. In case of rain or snow, the scenery may be worse. Please understand.)

酒店早餐後，告別珠穆朗瑪，翻越108拐的【加烏拉山口】，是前往珠峰大本營(yíng)途中的一個(gè)埡口，是世界上唯一可以觀賞5座8000米級(jí)雪峰的觀景平臺(tái)，在此可以眺望到瑪卡魯峰、洛子峰、珠穆朗瑪峰、卓奧友峰、希夏邦瑪峰(從左向右排列的順序）。後沿拉孜返回日喀則市。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will bid farewell to Qomolangma and climb over the 108 turn to Gyawu La Pass, which is a pass on the way to the Everest Base Camp. It is the only observation deck in the world that allows you to admire five 8000 meter snow capped peaks. From here, you can enjoy views of Makaru Peak, Lhotse, Qomolangma, Cho Oyu, and Shisha Pangma (arranged from left to right). Finally, you will return to Shigatse City along Lha-rtse.

酒店早餐後，前往【紮什倫布寺】由格魯派的祖師宗喀巴的弟子根敦珠巴於1447年主持興建，是藏傳佛教格魯派六大寺之一。也是是歷代班禪駐地，寺院以金碧輝煌的建築、精美絕倫的藝術(shù)、源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)的歷史，留給世人驚歎。

午餐後，沿318國(guó)道、雅江小峽谷返回拉薩。

抵達(dá)拉薩後，拜訪非遺傳承，體驗(yàn)【手工制作文化體驗(yàn)】唐卡/藏香/藏文/雕刻等非遺專案（根據(jù)自己的興趣選擇一種體驗(yàn)）。

晚間觀看《文成公主》晚會(huì)，以拉薩自然山水為背景，講述了1300多年前唐朝文成公主與吐蕃藏王松贊幹布和親的歷史故事。全劇分為五幕，時(shí)長(zhǎng)約90分鐘，演出人員共計(jì)800餘名。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit Tashilhunpo Temple, which was built in 1447 by Gendun Zhuba, a disciple of the Gelukba Sect founder, Zongkhapa. It is one of the six major Gelukba Sect  in Tibetan Buddhism. It is also the residence of the Panchen Lama throughout history, and the temple has left the world amazed with its magnificent architecture, exquisite art, and long history.

After lunch, you will return to Lhasa along National Highway 318 and Yajiang Gully.

After arriving Lhasa,we will visit the "non-left" heritage and Handmade culture experience, Tangka/Tibetan Incense/Tibetan Language/Carving and other intangible cultural heritage projects (choose according to your own interests).

In the evening, you will watch the "Princess Wencheng Live Drama"  which was set against the natural landscape of Lhasa and told the historical story of Princess Wencheng's marriage with the Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo over 1300 years ago during the Tang Dynasty. The whole drama is divided into five acts, with a duration of about 90 minutes, and a total of over 800 performers.
